Withdrawal & returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can declare your withdrawal easily with the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page. You bear the cost of the return. All details are in our cancellation policy.

Installing spare parts requires technical skill. If in doubt, please have the part installed by a professional repair shop. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by improper installation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Batteries
Used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Please hand them in free of charge at a public collection point.

When will my order ship?
Everything paid by 2 pm Monday to Friday or by 12 noon on Saturday usually ships the same day.

Warning, high voltage: xenon bulbs use ignition voltages of up to 25,000 volts. Only replace with lights and ignition switched off and the connector unplugged. Bulbs get very hot – let them cool down first. Do not touch the glass with bare fingers. D1S and D2S bulbs may contain small amounts of mercury: if broken, ventilate the room and dispose of fragments carefully. Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions; if in doubt, have them installed by a professional.
