Delivery area

We deliver within Germany only.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free for all orders.

All prices include statutory VAT.

Dispatch and delivery time

We ship with DHL. Orders for which payment is received on a working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia) by 2 pm (Saturdays by 12 noon) are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery then usually takes 1–2 working days.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Payment methods

The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is triggered when the order is completed. If you pay via a payment service provider (e.g. PayPal), its terms of use also apply.

Invoice

You will receive your invoice by email and also on paper with your delivery.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery driver immediately if possible and contact us without delay. Failure to do so has no consequences for your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights. It does, however, help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
