How it works

  1. Book repair

    Choose model and repair and pay conveniently in the shop.

  2. DHL label by email

    Your free shipping label arrives right after your order.

  3. Send in your iPhone

    Pack it well padded, add the note with your passcode and drop it off at a Packstation or post office.

  4. Back repaired

    Repair within 1–2 working days after arrival, return shipping with tracking.

No diagnosis fee

If your iPhone can’t be repaired, you get the full price back.

DHL Express both ways and the repair on the day of arrival (Mon–Fri, arrival by 12 noon).

Frequently asked questions

What does the diagnosis cost?

Nothing. If your iPhone can't be repaired, you get the full price back – and your device, of course.

How do I get my shipping label?

After your order we email you a free DHL label. With the DHL app you can ship without a printer.

Do I have to send my passcode?

Yes, please. After the repair we test your iPhone (e.g. camera and Face ID) and set up parts like the new battery – that only works when it's unlocked. Put your passcode on a note in the parcel, never by email or chat. Tip: set a temporary passcode beforehand (e.g. 123456) and change it back once your iPhone is home. Without the passcode we can't check that everything works and can't give any guarantee for it. We never need your Apple ID password.

What happens to my data?

We don't access your data for the repair. Still, back up your iPhone to iCloud or your computer first – better safe than sorry.

How long does the repair take?

1–2 working days after arrival. If a part has to be ordered first, it takes about 3–5 working days longer – you'll see this directly for your model. With Express we repair it on the day it arrives (Mon–Fri, if it arrives by 12 noon).

Which parts do you use?

High-quality spare parts from our own stock. We fit them professionally, so your iPhone shows no annoying notices like “Unknown part”.

Will my iPhone stay water-resistant?

We work carefully and seal your iPhone properly again after the repair – in most cases it stays well protected against water. However, we can't guarantee water resistance once the device has been opened.
