Installation note
Before installation, remove all adhesive residue from the smartphone. No dust or dirt may get into the housing, otherwise pressure points or even touch problems can occur. Do not bend the flex cable sharply – bending it more than 90° can cause stripes or a black screen. If the back cover is defective, please contact us immediately and do not fit it! Complaints about a back cover that has been fitted anyway cannot be accepted. Self-installation at your own risk!
Shipping
We ship with DHL within Germany. Shipping is free for you. If payment is received by 2 pm (Saturdays by 12 noon), your order usually ships the same day; delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
Withdrawal & returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can declare your withdrawal easily with the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page. You bear the cost of the return. All details are in our cancellation policy.
Important installation notes
Installing spare parts requires technical skill. If in doubt, please have the part installed by a professional repair shop. We cannot accept liability for damage caused by improper installation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Batteries
Used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Please hand them in free of charge at a public collection point.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, you receive an invoice by email and also on paper with your order.
When will my order ship?
Everything paid by 2 pm Monday to Friday or by 12 noon on Saturday usually ships the same day.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, our parcels ship with a tracking number unless stated otherwise.
