We ship with DHL within Germany. Shipping is free for you. If payment is received by 2 pm (Saturdays by 12 noon), your order usually ships the same day; delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
Withdrawal & returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can declare your withdrawal easily with the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page. You bear the cost of the return. All details are in our cancellation policy.

Used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Please hand them in free of charge at a public collection point.
